Now you can set custom criteria to ensure that teams are involved in purchase requests only when necessary, such as when the contract exceeds a specific dollar amount. Conditionals give you the flexibility to streamline decision-making and save time across your organization.

Right-click on any document, tool, or vendor in BRM to “Ask AI” about the specific page you’re viewing. For example, you can compare a contract to last year’s version instantly. AI is now just a click away, giving you faster, more contextual insights.

Supercharged Contract Collector

BRM's Contract Collector is getting even better with added support for NDAs, W-9s, DPAs, and SOC2 reports. Now BRM will find those document types in your inbox, automatically import into BRM, and associate them with the relevant vendor or tool.
